At La Beautanique, your satisfaction is important to us.
Please review the guidelines below to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and related requests.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following situations:
The item arrived damaged;
The item is defective;
The item received is incorrect.
To be eligible, products must:
Be unused;
Be unopened;
Be in their original packaging, including any safety seals.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of:
Opened products;
Used products;
Products with broken, removed, or tampered safety seals.
Once a product has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return for an eligible item:
Email us at hello@labeautanique.com;
Include your order number and the reason for the return;
Provide a brief description of the issue;
Attach photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your case and, when applicable, arrange for a replacement.
Return shipping for approved cases will be covered by La Beautanique.
5. Refunds
La Beautanique does not issue refunds under any circumstance.
Qualifying cases will receive a replacement, not a refund.
There are no restocking fees for any approved return.
